Configure dual screens

I've tested it but it always failed on X.
It even crashed once, and reported it.
I also sent the package to a couple of friends for extra tests.
I'll keep my eyes on this app, as I really need a way to use an
external TFT, and SVideo TV-Out on my laptop.
