Searching for new mailing list admin(s) for -devel-discuss and -users

I am realized that my time is being eaten up by lots of other things
and thus I wanted to canvas for new admin(s) for -devel-discuss and
-users.

What does this require?

* 20 minutes of scanning and approving posts each day
* Be an Ubuntu member
* As handing over this requires trust, either be someone I already
know have somebody I know who can vouch for you.
