I fear that many people will end up not reading the entire document,
which is ironic as this is a project to present concise information to
-devel from the forum community. Several points are repeated under
different headings and the style is more verbose than it needs to be in
places. Try splitting some of the optional points and more narrative
sections off into sub-pages. Can some use cases be merged too?
This document should contain clear information on how information is
gathered in the forums, how it is communicated to -devel and how the
project is structured. There is no need to list every possible
communication option. Start with one option (a weekly digest to -devel
by the FA perhaps) and see how it goes. If you need to change the mode
of communication you can do that as you go along. That's what the
governance structure is for: making such decisions.
So my suggestion would be: try to simplify it further and try making a
start on the actual ambassador work and adjust as you go along.
