Proposal: Ubuntu Metadistribution (Last question)

Only this last question to the Ubuntu Project Members is open for me:

If I write an "Seed Plan" in which I specify what Ubuntu/{FreeSD,NetBSD,OpenSolaris} will include,
if I write an "implementation plan" in which I specify how to make a Release,
if I write a "test plan" in which I specify how to test the packages in the seeds,
if I write an "docs plan" in which I specify what should be documented for the user so that he can easily use the various
Releases,

may I write then to the 3rd party projects forum in ubuntuforums that I am beginning the Ubuntu Metadistribution?
