made a feature specification about [apport] ftp-resumability-privacy

Hi all,
        I made a feature specification as well a link from the blueprint to
the specification . The specification itself is at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apportexpanded . Please have a look at it & feel
free to leave comments etc. I am no developer but would like these features
to be there in apport.
       Moreover I have categorized the same under Bug Squad. If there is a
more appropriate place for it, either lemme know or if you can please do the
needful. Thnx in advance.
