With holidays/vacation in progress, perhaps January 18th is a desirable
deadline for completion of universe merges. Universe UVF then could
remain February 8th (aligned with main), with universe FF following
three weeks later on March 1st. This proposal seems to strike a fair
balance between "getting new packages" and "we need to test dist-upgrades".
