I don't know.  I personally think that it shouldn't be there since it
is not a blog by a member,    I like that Daily debian package feed,
and would subscribe to it if it wasn't on Planet, but I don't think it
should be our planet.

And it seems it didn't make it to the Debian Planet for that exact
same reason according to a comment in
http://debaday.debian.net/2006/12/07/hello-world/
