Questing Quokka (to be 25.10) now in Kernel Feature Freeze

Hi,

Effective last week, we are officially under the Kernel Feature Freeze 
for Questing Quokka:

https://canonical-ubuntu-project.readthedocs-hosted.com/release-team/freezes/#kernel-feature-freeze

This means that all the new features for the kernel (6.17) have landed
in questing-proposed, and from now on we will focus on fixing bugs.
