Hello Ubuntu Developers,

We will soon be going live with a new feature in proposed-migration
that emails the uploaders responsible for any packages that have been
stuck for longer than a day. The goal is to raise awareness about
uploads people have forgotten about, so that they can investigate why
they’re stuck and unstick them.

When this goes live, it will scan all -proposed packages in all Ubuntu
series, and send one email for each package that is currently already
stuck in proposed - this will be a large volume of emails but are
still important to review. From then on it will only email regarding a
newly-stuck package.

The mails can be filtered by the header “X-Proposed-Migration:
notice”, or the subject beginning with “[proposed-migration]”.

Thanks!
