Second Ubuntu Vivid Vervet test rebuilds (all components, all architectures)

A second test rebuild of Vivid Vervet was started last week for all
architectures, and is finished for the main component.

For arm64 and armhf the gcc-4.9 packages are based on the Linaro 4.9-2015.03
release.

preparation of the move to GCC 5 in 15.10.  This can be found at4
