Uploads to lucid-proposed are now frozen in order to allow enough time
to verify proposed updates for Ubuntu 10.04.2 and perform certification
tests on CD images. If you have an update that absolutely has to go
into 10.04.2, please contact a member of the ubuntu-sru team to explain
the situation and see if special arrangements can be made; but be aware
that this will put additional stress on our hard-working QA and
certification teams, who are already very close to capacity for the next
month.

Ubuntu 10.04.2 is currently scheduled for release on 17 February.

Regards,
