Debian Import Freeze now in effect

A slightly belated notice: as of 30 December, the Debian Import Freeze
is in effect. This means that unmodified packages are no longer being
automatically synced from Debian unstable into Natty.

If you need a package synced, please file a bug in the usual way. This
doesn't require any more approval than before (until Feature Freeze); we
just aren't doing it automatically in bulk, to allow time for new
changes to stabilise before release.

Cheers,
