Developer Membership Board meeting 2011-08-15 19:00 UTC

Apologies once again for the meeting being inquorate. This time we tried an
experiment where the members present conduct the IRC interview and the
remaining DMB members are asked to vote in a timely fashion on
devel-permissions. Efforts are ongoing to improve the situation.
