 * Follow up: Emmet to contact Angel Abad about application
 * Completed: Remove DMB from Core Dev team, make it the owner not member
 * Set contact address for ~ubuntu-dev to ubuntu-reviews at lists.ubuntu.com
   James Westby filed a question on LP to ask a LOSA to disentangle the
   already registered contact address
 * Need to have a chair-person for the next DMB meeting

= Per Package Upload for Linux Kernel: Leann Ogasawara =
 * https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LeannOgasawara/KernelUploadsApplication
 * Leann recently transitioned from Kernel QA/Triage to a full Kernel
   developer position. Leann has been busy processing CVEs in regards to
   the kernel. She was approved with 5 votes for, and 1 abstention.

= Core Developer: Jonathan Thomas =
 * https://wiki.kubuntu.org/JonathanThomas/CoreDevApplication
 * Jonathan is a Kubuntu developer and upstream KDE developer who has been
   doing an amazing job with his daily work on Kubuntu. Jonathan decided to
   apply for Core Developer due to some Kubuntu packages not being in the
   package set. He has not yet been approved with 3 votes 4, 3 for
   abstention. Waiting on Emmet's vote.
