Launchpad 1.1.9 release delayed

Hello,

Launchpad 1.1.9 release delayed
--------------------------------

We were planning to release Launchpad 1.1.9 on Wednesday the 19th
September. Following quality assurance testing, we've chosen to delay
the release to allow for further testing.

We'll post updates to the launchpad-users mailing list and via the 
Launchpad News blog at http://news.launchpad.net/
