changelog-closes-bugs glitch today

Hello Ubuntu developers,

today's Launchpad rollout unfortunately broke changelog-closes-bugs.
Celso just disabled the feature that made it break, but uploads that
were done between 00:00 and 21:00 UTC today did *not* automatically
close bugs which were marked in the changelog.

So if you rely on that feature, please manually close bugs from
packages you uploaded today. Unfortunately gutsy-changes@ broke at the
same time, thus it is relatively hard to figure out which changes have
been made today. The Soyuz developers are aware of that problem and
investigating it.
