Herd 3 freeze imminent

Hi,

the release date for Herd 3 is drawing near and we are about to freeze
main.  Please get in touch with a member of the release team if you
have changes you need to get into the next milestone and which are not
in the archive already.

Please also help reducing package inconsistencies, as listed on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackageInconsistencies

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/herd-3 has a list of bugs
which are targetted to be fixed for Herd 3.  Please look to see if
there are any bugs there which could use your help, and feel free to
target showstopper bugs for the milestone.
