Ubuntu 7.04 frozen for release candidate preparation

We are now one week from the release candidate for 7.04 and two weeks
from the final release, so the archive is now frozen and will not thaw
again before release.

During the freeze, all uploads to main must be approved by a member of
the release team, so if you have fixes which are important to get in,
please do get in touch as soon as possible. Uploads to universe require
a manual shove, but are not subject to release management approval.
Uploads to main at this point should focus on release-critical bugs
only.

Issues which are important for the Feisty release will be tracked by the
release team here:

Cheers,
