Main frozen for Knot 3

Hi all,

In preparation for the Knot 3 release, main is now frozen.  All uploads 
to main must be approved by me or another member of the release team, so 
if you have anything urgent which is needed for Knot 3, please do get in 
touch ASAP.

ETA for Knot 3 release is Thursday, but please do not upload until you 
see the release announcement, which will be sent to 
ubuntu-devel-announce, as usual.
