Development team meeting, 2006-11-02 @ 1600 UTC

Tomorrow's development team meeting will be the last before the developer
summit, and as such will be focused on summit preparation.  Prior to the
meeting, have a look at the agenda, subscribe to specifications which are
relevant to you, and take note of those specifications for which you are the
assignee, drafter or approver.

Attendees should have a fairly good idea of what is expected from them at
the summit at this time, and if not, they should contact me by the end of
the week for clarification.

I will be on holiday tomorrow and it is unclear whether I will have the
necessary facilities to chair the meeting.  If not, then Colin will stand in
for me.
