Freeze reminders

We are now approximately 3 weeks away from the 6.06 LTS Release Candidate,
and 4 weeks away from the final, gold release. As documented on
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DapperReleaseSchedule, all of the following freeze
states are currently in effect, and here is what they mean:

Upstream Version Freeze
- New releases from upstream require review and approval
- Certain standing exceptions have been granted for projects which operate
  on a compatible time-based release schedule; you know who you are

Feature Freeze
- All uploads should be focused on fixing bugs.  Now is not the time to add
  new features and functionality to Dapper.
- Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for new upstream
  releases which primarily fix bugs, but also may add new features

User Interface Freeze
- Avoid changing user interfaces in a way which could break documentation,
  including documentation screenshots

String Freeze
- Avoid changing program strings which have been translated into other
  languages
- If such a string must be changed, you must notify the relevant translation
  team(s) to retranslate it, in order to avoid a regression

Important dates in the near future include:

Non-Language-Pack Translation Deadline - 18 May
- Final deadline for translations which cannot be usefully updated via
  language packs.
- This includes the installer (both text-mode and Ubiquity), strings visible
  in the default desktop (e.g., on the live CD), all menu items in KDE
  applications, etc.

Language Pack Translation Deadline - 25 May
- Final deadline for translations which can be incorporated via language
  packs (note exceptions above)
- Final exports from Rosetta will happen at this time, and no further
  translations can be accepted for the release
