libsysfs transition

Hi!

There is a new libsysfs out that changes SONAME. I just uploaded it,
it should be sitting in NEW soon. As soon as it is in the archive, I
will handle all rdepends myself, it's not terribly much.

So this is just a small note just in case anybody needs libsysfs at
the moment.
