Application for ubuntu-desktop membership

Hi,

I have been working in Ubuntu for 2 years mostly in desktop packages. I believe
I have the member profile as described in the Wiki page[1] and would like to
apply for membership in ubuntu-desktop.

This would mainly help to relieve people who frequently sponsor my work.

I have recently applied to Ubuntu Membership; Please refer to that
application[2] for a more detailed view about my work in the Ubuntu Desktop.
