Application for ubuntu-desktop membership

I have sponsored many of Nathan's uploads. Nathan has been
contributing to the Ubuntu Desktop packages for 2 years. I think he
should have applied for upload rights sooner!

Nathan has extensive experience with routine package updates, SRUs,
autopkgtests, bug fixes, and feature development. I fully support his
application to join ~ubuntu-desktop with the associated uploader
rights.
