Since this is merged I fixed the build here. https://code.launchpad.net/~khurshid-alam/unity-settings-daemon/fix-build-focal/+merge/379919

It is compiling locally for me along with unity and unity-control-center.

But in proposed after new llib11 we are getting errors because of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=952589 which is already fixed in debian.
