Keep, modify or drop Ubuntu's headerbar patches

Those patches are often non trivial (especially the menubar ones) and
create extra work and issues, in that context I think it makes sense to
drop them. (especially that it doesn't make the application not usable,
just less well integrated in Unity but we accepted that cost when we
decided to change our default desktop environment)

Do we have any upstream application using headerbar and a menubar?
Usually those new interfaces have an hamburger menu so there shouldn't
be any issue with lim in Unity?
