Testing GNOME Software 3.20.5 in Xenial

Confirmed. The 3.20.1 -> 3.20.2 release changed the PackageKit plugin name
from "PackageKit" to "packagekit" and I didn't update the APT plugin. Fixed
in 3.20.5-0ubuntu0.16.04.1.1 in the PPA.
