Remove old U7 scopes from the archive

Nobody raised any concerns so we went ahead and removed them from zesty

We are going to look next at disabling those in xenial next since they
have unresolved security issues and are not of real use, again if anyone
feels like it's the wrong decision your feedback is welcome
