Default App: GNOME Maps

Since we got a decision on gnome-logs we should probably try to sort out
the other suggested changes before ff next week.

I would vote -1 on gnome-maps for this cycle since there has currently
no MIR filed yet and we would need to talk to mapbox about using their
service
