Let's start discussing Ubuntu&GNOME work during today's meeting

Thanks Seb and Will for running the meeting, and to everyone who
participated. If you weren't there you can find a summary and links below.

# Decisions

1. Dropping patches will be done by consensus, using LP & IRC for reviews
2. Get started with a GNOME session working with apps as they are, and
then dig in to the app specific work. Use Laney's PPA to stabilize
before making changes in the archive.
3. Aim for Alpha 2 as a target date for GNOME desktop in the session,
all app patches dropped (as needed). This will be the first public "Call
for testing" (community team to help coordinate/publicize the call)
