wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed needs updating for Xenial

Moin Moin,

I have got some complaints that the instruction about how to enable proposed
repository [1] is no longer accurate with release of Xenial (or to be more
precise with software-properties ≥ 0.96.18), where the Unsupported updates
checkbox has been moved into a separate tab.

Any volunteers to take a new screenshot and update that page?
(Should we also keep the old instruction for Trusty users somewhere?)
