Do we need a sound recorder in the default install?

When it is stable, David Klasinc and I intend to propose Kazam for the
default install, replacing gnome-screenshot. Currently it takes only
screenshots and screencasts, with screencasts optionally including
microphone audio. The medium-term plan is to allow capturing
standalone microphone audio clips as well.
