Hey Jo-Erlend,

I won't mark this one as duplicate yet. We have quite some stacking 
fixes under the pipe for a SRU compiz. As this bugs is really hard to 
reproduce and seems to depend on config, can you please try it once 
there (hopefully will land today/tomorrow in -proposed and report the 
status again?)
