Not entirely true, the new app might save space on the CD, and by our
adopting it, it can spur on more stabilization than might have happened
otherwise.

In any case, a decision like this really only affects new installs.
It's not like f-spot would go away entirely; people who already have it
installed will still have it on upgrade.  Those who do fresh reinstalls
and still want f-spot can always still install it.  Others will
have something new to try out.
