Ubuntu Software Center 2.0 has a "Themes & Tweaks" department.
Unfortunately it doesn't have a subsection for individual themes yet,
because there is no way for USC to distinguish them from other packages.
We can distinguish icon themes because they have package names ending in
"-icon-theme", but (as far as I know) there's no equivalent way to
distinguish GTK or Metacity theme packages.

Probably the way to fix this would be to (1) implement debtags support
in Launchpad <http://launchpad.net/bugs/57418>, (2) ensure that each
theme package in Ubuntu has the appropriate debtag, and (3) use that
debtag to add a new subsection in USC.

Cheers
