Unity as depends in ubuntu-desktop (LP: #683833)

How would you do that? Did you disable the installation of recommends
by default in Edubuntu? Please note that this will cause some subtle
breakage (we did that in a few OEM projects, and it took quite some
time to identify the packages which we still needed, and put them back
into the seeds).
