Improved notification bubbles for gnome-power-manager

Hello,
I'd like to get some attention to: (

There has been active discussion on the on the Ayatana ML (
https://lists.launchpad.net/ayatana/msg00146.html ) about improving
GPMs notification bubbles by making them less verbose.

Steve Dodier made a demo movie (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkdaiXXcv8w ) and proposal script (
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/29024091/show-proposal.sh ). Since there
has been much discussion and positive feedback on his solution from
some big names in Ubuntu, I'd like the desktop-team to take a look at
it to see if it's implementable for Karmic.
