Compiz setting defaults

Hi,

I would like to propose some mostly minor tweaks to Ubuntu's default
Compiz settings which made me feel much more comfortable and productive.
Maybe a few of these are also candidated for default settings in the
Ubuntu desktop. I put the proposals on the CompizTeam wiki page (the
bullet starting with "DenisWashington:"):
