performance regression caused by deskbar-applet default inclusion

deskbar + tomboy: 1 min
deskbar no plugins + tomboy: 48 secs
deskbar no plugins: 43 secs
no deskbar or tomboy: 30 secs

Therefore, tomboy ~= 5 seconds, deskbar ~= 13 seconds.

Cold starts between each tries.
Timer started when I press the "enter" button at login screen after
having typed my password.
Timer stopped when desktop fully loaded (panels) and hard drive LED not
flashing.
