GnomeAppInstall - Post Boston

Hello,

in Boston we discussed the interface of gnome-app-install. I already
applied some of the changes, see

* Remove the tooltip from the Ubuntu/Kubutnu/Xubuntu emblems in the
description and not show the emblem description in the application
description anymore. Explaining the GNOME, KDE and Xfce icon requires
would require too much space. But many users still want them to avoid
installing apps for a different desktop.

* Move the search above the app list, since the categories affect the
search and not vice versa.

* Remove the preferences button that started the software sources, since
repositories are abstracted in a different way in gnome-app-install.

* Make the installation status/checkbutton column sortable (still not
yet completely implemented since some deeper changes are required).
