BurnProof not enabled in Nautilus

nautilus-cd-burner doesn't use this gconf key when writing data CDs, it
always uses burnproof because it makes sense. The key is used by
libnautilus-burn though and maybe for audio CD recording (you most
likely not want to use burnproof there because that will create glitchs)
