Some time ago, on this mailing list, someone proposed the use of a tag
to highlight bugs that need forwarding. Can we use the tag "forward"
or "upstream" for these? This will hopefully make life easier for
member-developers while helping define a task for triagers.

"forward" or "upstream" was what came to my mind, this can be improved :)
