Ekiga

Hi,

I have offered to help on getting ekiga updated and properly maintained
in Ubuntu.  I have worked on ekiga in SOC, and also have just started
doing some misc bug fixes in Ubuntu.

Currently the state of ekiga in Ubuntu is rather sub-standard.  This has
really annoyed the core ekiga devs because they get so many bug reports
on bugs they have already fixed.
