Nautilus should use a background by default

A nautilus window looks sad an empty without a background, yet many
people don't even know that a background can be added.

Setting a simple, unobstrusive background as default would make nautilus
windows look much better to newcomers.

Here's the difference between an empty window and one with the snow
white background:
