Themes and gtk2 engines should be modularized to display only most commonly used themes

Additionaly, gnome-themes and gtk2-engines should only be a metapackage of
those themes. These where just an idea because I keep wondering why some
themes and engines are installed by default, and it really doesn't fit
anymore on today's modern gnome desktop.
