With two weeks until release...

... some of you might have wondered, if there's anything left to do to
make Dapper's Desktop even better.

I like to raise awareness of http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/BugState
- on this page we point out the last occasion where we went through all
bugs of one package. Some packages are easy and don't have much bugs -
it'd be really nice if some of you could get started on those and report
on the page. I suppose there are lots to clean out, stuff that is fixed
already or some following-up to do.

http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/TODO is the comprehensive list of
TODO items - thank to Sébastien who updated it again.

I'm very happy with what the DesktopTeam achieved until now, given that
it slowly emerged and gathered more followers somewhere during the
Dapper release cycle.

With some efforts I'm sure we can still fix some annoying bugs and
problems until release and hope you join the Desktop fixing crowd today!
