No we should not. Even if it is correct that the power is always playing
with the battery, people probably won't care about the battery as long
as it is fully charged and ready to go. I still like what we have now as
default. I usually is connected to AC at all times, but whenever I
unplug AC for any reason the icon pops out telling me that my battery
isn't at 100%. This is like when the printer icon pops up telling me
that the queue isn't empty. Default modes should in my opinion not be
shown, but rather when something extraordinary is happening I should get
"notified" :-). I almost wish gajim could hide when the roaster !=
hidden AND a user doesn't send a "new" message :-P.
I think I made my point this time. Any arguments /against/ this default?
(though someone probably have already made this decision based on
some/same conclusions?)
