ubuntu-desktop Digest, Vol 13, Issue 9

IMHO there is enough devision over this dialog to warrent making it easily 
customizable for users.  The customize dialog could then offer better 
descriptions of each function (as previously discussed int this thread).

The only change I would make to the current dialog is an edit button in the 
upper right hand region of the dialog.
