Well if you read the end carefully you'll see that I participated in
it ;-) Actually, I'm speaking with Vincent Untz (upstream) about this
and we'll probably coordinate our efforts. Meaning : 1) splitting the
current dialog in two (logout-related and shutdown-related actions) as
they are doing upstream and 2) adding explicit icons as I did in Ubuntu.

Do you think this would be a good compromise ?
