OK, can we consider some alternatives?, like a) having the Applications 
menu open by default after 10 sec on first startup or b) setting the 
windows key to open the menu only on those systems where accessibility 
has already been enabled from boot (see 'm1' on 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuExpress/Accessibility)
